When you sign in with Google, we receive access to your Google account information including your name, email address, and profile picture. If you grant additional permissions, we may access your Gmail messages and Google Calendar events to perform tasks on your behalf.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our AI agent services. Specifically, we use Gmail access to triage your inbox, draft replies, and surface important messages. We use Calendar access to prep meeting notes and manage scheduling tasks.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your email content to train machine learning models without your explicit consent.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain email and calendar data only as long as necessary to perform the tasks you've requested. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings.
Maestro integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail and Calendar), Slack, Notion, and others. Your use of those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
