Lawtrades, Inc. ("Lawtrades," "we," "us," or "our") operates Maestro ("Platform"), an AI agent platform available at onmaestro.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, and billing information when you register or subscribe.
- Agent Configuration Data: Prompts, instructions, tool configurations, API keys, and settings you use to build and customize AI agents.
- User Content: Data, files, messages, and other content you input into the Platform or provide to your agents.
- Communications: Information you share when you contact our support team or provide feedback.
- Payment Information: Payment card details and billing addresses, processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, agent activity logs, session duration, and interaction patterns.
- Device and Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. See Section 7 for details.
- Log Data: Server logs including request timestamps, API endpoints accessed, error codes, and performance metrics.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Third-Party Integrations: If you connect your agents to third-party services (e.g., email providers, databases, APIs), we may receive data from those services as necessary to facilitate the integration.
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Google, GitHub), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

3. AI-Specific Data Practices
Agent Processing: When your agents execute tasks, the Platform processes the data you provide to fulfill those tasks. This may include sending data to third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) as sub-processors.
Model Training: We do not use your User Content or agent data to train our own AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
Sub-Processor AI Providers: Third-party AI providers we use may have their own data processing terms. We select providers with appropriate data handling commitments. A list of current sub-processors is available upon request.
Agent Memory and Context: Your agents may store conversation history, memory files, and context data as part of their functionality. This data is associated with your account and treated as User Content.
Logs and Monitoring: We may log agent interactions for debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability. These logs are retained according to our data retention schedule.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers and Sub-Processors: Third parties that help us operate the Platform, including cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, GCP), AI model providers, payment processors, and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- At Your Direction: When your agents interact with third-party services you've configured (e.g., sending emails, querying APIs, accessing databases).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lawtrades, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
- With Consent: In any other case, we will share your information only with your consent.
5. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for up to 30 days after deletion to allow for recovery.
- Agent Data and Configurations: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account closure.
- Usage and Log Data: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes.
- Payment Records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 6).

The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
